An update on the conversion of Customer Service Points (CSPs) to Customer Access Points (CAPs) in the Wells, Street, and Glastonbury areas
Below is a summary of the locations and plans for conversion from CSPs to CAPs. Please be assured the Customer Services team is working closely with partners and customers to ensure residents continue to have access to the services they need.
Street, Wells and Glastonbury
Our smaller CSPs in Street, Wells and Glastonbury will convert from a CSP to CAP from 28 May 2024.
In these locations the CAPs will be located within the libraries and will utilise the libraries people networks computers to connect our customers to Customer Services. The footfall is much lower in these locations and the Customer Services team will be actively working with customers and libraries staff to provide a smooth transition to our new delivery model.
